Regional polytechnic graduates were leaving with diplomas but no shipping experience. Local employers complained no one could deploy a Git branch.
Our Approach
- 01Built a curriculum around shipping a real product, not finishing slides
- 02Mentor pairing: every student gets one 30-min weekly 1:1 with a senior
- 03Placement support extends 90 days past program end
