      Two-week deep dive into current code, infra, and team practices.

    2. 02

      Blueprint

      Written architecture and refactor plan, prioritised by impact and effort.

    3. 03

      Run

      Weekly reviews and pairing. Your team writes the code, we make sure it's good.

    4. 04

      Renew

      Quarterly retrospective and either renew, scale up, or graduate.

    How is this different from a fractional CTO?

    Narrower scope, more hands-on. We don't take board meetings — we review pull requests and pair on hard modules.

    What's the minimum commitment?

    Three months. Anything shorter doesn't give us enough signal to be useful.

    Can you hire engineers for us?

    We can write the rubric, run technicals, and recommend — but the offer is yours to make.
